We have chosen the figure of the deer because of the symbolism of “shedding”: every year, deer lose their antlers to make them grow bigger and stronger.

 

For one season, these animals will be more difficult to see, as they feel more vulnerable without their antlers. However, once the season is over, they will reappear with their antlers bigger and stronger than ever.

At ReGrow we believe that for an organization to grow in a sustainable way, with a strong and solid base, it is necessary to take care and review its structure periodically, despite the insecurities that this process may generate.

 

It is, therefore, an organic process to “ReGrow” better.
